Los Paleteros is a pioneering chain in Brazil selling “Paletas”, an ice cream inspired by typical Mexican popsicles: 120g brick-like ice cream on a stick. However, Los Paleteros was innovative in bringing completely different flavors, adding creamy fillings, crunchy inclusions, and using premium, natural, and no-conservative ingredients that revolutionized the Brazilian ice cream market, transforming consumption habits and opening the market for premium popsicles.
