Los Cabos Golf Resort has recently been made aware of an outside company trying to entice our members to wire money for maintenance fee collection, enrolling into a variety of marketing programs and week acceleration. This outside company is conducting phone calls as well as sending emails, using our Los Cabos Golf Resort Logo, and is very easily mistaken for being an authorized communication piece from the resort, however, it is not. Los Cabos maintenance fee statements were sent out via USPS and will have both the Los Cabos Golf Resort logo and VRI logo present. Each statement sent out by VRI will also have the "Assessment Billing and Collection Policy" in writing on the back of the statement. Payment is made payable to Los Cabos Golf Resort C/O Vacation Resorts International.
