Elaine is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA) who received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 2012 and graduated from the Masters Level Physician Assistant program at Loma Linda University in 2018. She began her career with Dr. Khurana in November 2018 and has enjoyed working with a team focused on patient experience and excellence. Born and raised in Seattle, WAAmanda has been passionately involved with Sports Medicine since she was in high school. She joined the DISC team four years ago after relocating from Phoenix, AZ where she worked with a prominent Orthopedic Group for three years. When shes not learning and excelling in Orthopedic Medicine you can find her travelling with her family, hiking local mountain ranges or rooting on the Seattle Seahawks. As Dr. Khuranas Surgical Coordinator, Jessica is responsible for scheduling all surgeries and necessary surgical equipment. She orders appropriate pre-operative testing per patient needs and obtains prior authorization from insurance as required. Jessicas main goal is to get patients needing surgery to the OR safely and efficiently so they can focus on their recovery and a smooth transition back into their day-to-day life. Nancy Rooney coordinates various tasks and functions to ensure effective office operations at all times. Being the first-contact for new and existing patients, Nancy strives to make each one feel welcomed and prioritized. Having recently received his undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara, Kevin joined the team in December of 2018. He assists Dr. Khurana in clinic, and is responsible for a myriad of administrative tasks, including medical records and workers compensation. Kevins passion for orthopedic medicine stems from an active lifestyle- in his free time you can find him traveling, surfing, or preparing for medical school.
