Lore Engineering Inc. (LEI) is a locally owned, (California Small Business Certified #58276), civil engineering firm established in 2006 that provides engineering services for small and large projects for the public and private sector clients throughout California. We have built a practice that offers comprehensive services for all aspects of civil engineering from due-diligence to construction. Working in concert with clients, we create cost-effective engineering solutions that meet or exceed our client's expectations and project budgets. Our civil engineers and surveyors have extensive expertise to help answer the difficult questions facing today's projects. At LEI, we are a multi-facet company capable of managing projects acting as a prime design professional and also as subconsultant in large multi-disciplined design teams. We apply a focused design approach to utilizing construction materials efficiently and with post project operation fundamentals in mind, we identify project constraints early, allowing our team to achieve accurate construction documents that result in shorter permitting time and cost effective, efficient designs for the client.
