Oggi, ad occuparsi di Da Vittorio, sono la signora Bruna Cerea e i cinque figli. Enrico e Roberto sono entrambi chef, Francesco ha la responsabilità della cantina e della ristorazione esterna, Rossella è responsabile dell’ospitalità nel Ristorante e nella Dimora mentre Barbara dirige Cavour 1880, il caffè pasticceria di Bergamo Alta.
