Looplex is a digital humanities start-up in the Computational Law field created by a team of lawyers, engineers and mathematicians that develops systems for the drafting, empirical analysis and interpretation of legal documents in natural language. We develop innovative solutions integrated with statutory law and legal precedents that allow users to assemble, edit, review, translate, digitally execute and safely store documents such as contracts, indentures, business proposals, petitions and court decisions. Our solutions allow for the computerized, algorithm-based interpretation of legal arguments (legal citation analysis and neural networks with NLP). Our goal is to provide users with artificial intelligence tools that automate repetitive tasks, generate cumulative intelligence on changes made to the documents and validate their consistency, resulting in increased productivity and mitigation of legal risks. We aim to improve the Brazilian legal services market.
