OUR MISSION To offer an accessible, creative, practical approach to mindful photography that helps people to reframe their ‘now’ and to create the future they would like to see, for the benefit of themselves and others. OUR OFFER We offer accessible, creative, experiential online and in-person workshops and courses in the private, public and non-profit sectors, and training programmes for professional practitioners. Using a blend of mindfulness, photography and nature connection, our evidence-based methodology improves mental health, wellbeing, and resilience. At Look Again we support you, your staff, your clients or service users to use mindful photography to: * stay calm and mentally well, keeping a positive mindset * remain focused, motivated, creative and productive * deal with fear, anxiety and depression around uncertainty and change * connect more meaningfully with yourself, colleagues, your community and the wider world * build resilience and take positive action All you need is a smartphone or camera, and an open mind!
