Longley Systems began as a small, family-owned time clock sales and repair company over 50 years ago in Coal Valley. The company moved to the Quad Cities area to take advantage of growing business opportunities, and in January of 2007, employee of eight years David Malnar purchased the business. Dave realized the potential for growth in the Workforce Management Industry and developed an aggressive business plan to better meet our customers’ needs. Longley Systems is proud to be a leading national provider of NOVAtime Time and Attendance Software. Our employees have won awards in their fields, including Customer Satisfaction, Product Knowledge and Sales. We are still a small, family-run business with customers throughout the Midwest.
