LongJuve is a physician-led medical practice in Hunt Valley, Maryland, offering concierge medicine, aesthetics, and wellness care. Our concierge program is built for people whose schedules make conventional healthcare impractical — executives, founders, and business owners. Members get 90-minute appointments, comprehensive screening, and direct access to their physician rather than a call center. Medical Director Dr. Fermin Barrueto Jr. spent his career in emergency medicine before founding LongJuve. That background shapes how we practice: unhurried visits, thorough baselines, and enough continuity to notice when something changes. We are independent and direct-pay. No insurance billing and no productivity targets shaping your care. Advanced labs and imaging are referred to outside facilities where you can use your own coverage. Individual membership $2,000/year; couples $3,000/year. Employers can fund memberships for leadership teams.
