Committed to this mission, we quickly realized we had two things to accomplish: search the globe for beans unparalleled in quality and develop a roasting method unlike anything the coffee industry had seen before. Beginning with small, certified organic, family-run farms in high altitude areas with rich soil and natural water sources, we selected beans that were hand-picked and hand-sorted at the peak of ripeness to maintain their nutritive strength. After 5 years of research and development, we invented a unique, energy-efficient, chemical-free roasting process to produce toxin-free, low acid coffee with all the flavor and complexity of gourmet coffees.
