Longdown is an independent family vineyard and wine producer, built on a relentless commitment and passion for creating exceptional English wine. This year brings new range of English wine, from some of the oldest vines in England. Nestled in the beautiful South Downs, in the heart of Hampshire, the Longdown team can't wait to share their journey, and their wines, with you. The rare Brilliant Emerald Dragonfly, indigenous to the chalk rivers of the South Downs, is bold and beautiful, and will feature on the bottles of the range of wines. In myth, dragonflies are associated with transformation. For us it depicts the growth in the English wine market and the transformation Longdown makes from grape, to fabulous wine.
