Londoners Information

1000 Londoners is a five-year digital project which aims to create a digital portrait of a city through 1000 of the people who identify themselves with it. Over the course of the project we aim to reveal as many facets of the capital as possible, seeing city life from 1000 points of view. Click here to find out more. How Do I Get Involved? There are several ways to get involved:As an individual, you can simply suggest a Londoner, or join one of our open workshops to help produce your own film (workshops launching soon.)If you are a filmmaker, you can get involved by entering one of our competitions or open submissions. We currently have an open submission in partnership with the London Design Festival here. If you work for a school, charity or community organisation, you can organise a group workshop programme. These can be organised to suit your organisation (for example as an after-school club or a holiday programme). If you would like your business to get involved, you may want your staff to produce a Londoner profile as part of a CSR exercise, or you may prefer to sponsor either one or a series of Londoners.
