Gerçek Dondurma'nın serüveni, kara eklenen pekmez, bal ve meyve özleriyle yapılan Karşambaç’la başlayan, dondurmanın da 300 yıllık serüvenidir. Bu serüvende, dondurmanın adı bir şehirle birleşir. Kahramanmaraş sadece adını vermekle kalmaz dondurmaya... Kıvamı ve özel rahiyası ile, benzersiz K.Maraş Dondurması’nın tadındaki sırrı da verir. Ahir Dağı’nın bulutlara yakın yaylalarında yeşeren keven, kekik ve yabani orkide çiçekleriyle beslenen keçilerin sütü ve bu orkidelerin yumrularından incelikle toplanan salep! Bu sırrın içinde çok değerli bir şey daha var. O da anlık bir tadın, damağa vereceği hazzı bilen ustanın, mükemmel kıvama ulaşmak için verdiği sabır! Karsambaç, K.Maraş Dondurması, Mado...
