It brings together the evidence, assumptions, enterprise relationships, financial consequences, changing conditions, and leadership expectations surrounding a decision — creating a durable record of what was believed, what had to be true, what was approved, and what reality ultimately produced. Logyc is built around four core capabilities: Sphere — a living model of the enterprise relationships relevant to the decision, spanning products, operations, customers, markets, finance, capital, and external conditions. Decision Memory — a durable record of predictions, assumptions, evidence, conditions, ownership, commitments, and actual outcomes. Enterprise Simulation — modeling how alternative decisions propagate across the enterprise before capital and organizational resources are committed. Prediction & Calibration — preserving what leadership expected, with what confidence, and under which assumptions, then comparing those expectations with actual outcomes. Together, these capabilities help expose Decision Debt — accumulating economic exposure created when the assumptions, predictions, or conditions behind a consequential decision diverge from reality without the decision being reconsidered. Logyc works alongside existing ERP, CRM, PLM, FP&A, BI, planning, financial, operating, and cloud environments. It does not require enterprises to replace the systems they already use. Logyc is not broadly sold as conventional enterprise software. It is selectively deployed inside aligned enterprises through strategic relationships with CREI.
