System X proudly provides the one of the best warranty,s in the industry. Our warranty extends to the user, which is the person purchased our products from the retailers. System X warrants to the original consumer purchaser that new product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the Standard Warranty Period for the relevant product. The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the product. If you discover a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, and System X agrees that the defect exists, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided it is returned during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to the facility designated by System X. The product must be properly packaged, with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) included in the packaging, to obtain warranty service. System X may require proper proof of purchase documentation prior to issuing the replacement product. If System X elects to repair a product, System X owns all parts removed from the repaired product. Repair parts or replacement products may include an equal or better model or features. This warranty does not cover any of the following conditions: Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect the product. Damage caused during installation of the product. Standard Warranty Period Markers, include but not limit to Vengence (all types), X-7, X-8 3 years Electronic Frame (either on System X markers or not) 1 year
