The wholly-owned subsidiaries of Logan International, Source Energy Tool Services and Complete Oil Tools, merged and were renamed “Logan Completion Systems” in 2011. The name change aligned the Corporation and its operating subsidiaries under the LOGAN brand. Logan Completion Systems complements the companies — Logan Oil Tools and Dennis Tool Company — in Logan International’s existing downhole tool segment and enhances offerings to Logan International’s customers by combining product and service offerings to the Canadian market. Logan Completion Systems’ fracture isolation technology facilitates the complete retrieval of the balls and seats post-fracturing and leaves a fully open wellbore that increases production flow capacity and allows easier downhole intervention.
