Your meals are prepared at LoFat Eat's central kitchen, which is state-of-the art, using the most up-to-date equipment and cooking methods to deliver to you a quality healthy product. Our kitchen is built in line with international health standards and is fully HACCP certified by TUO an independent body that certifies and evaluates our kitchen’s hygiene performance. At Lofat Group we also have our in-house quality controller to ensure that all the products we use are “A” grade, and that our kitchen is operating with food hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines at all times.
