For example, you may require mediation for two employees who need to rebuild their working relationship, advice on how to manage a grievance, a restructure programme or some guidance on managing absence. Planning for People has access to employment lawyers for the more complex cases.
Depending on the scale of your business, an HR audit can prove extremely beneficial. We will identify what you are already doing well, what could be improved and where there might be any gaps.
