We have been locally producing award winning ice cream since 1982, of which 2/3 of our ingredients come from Florida. Our goal is to get that number to 90%. We have had a recycling program for 20 years, we use reusable totes whenever possible and we load shift electricity. It looks like your organization is a good place to share ideas and help direct us into even more green initiatives.
