LOCALARCHITECTURE was founded in Lausanne in 2002 by partners Manuel Bieler, Antoine Robert-Grandpierre and Laurent Saurer. The studio offers a strong and responsive architecture, encouraging new narratives and life scenarios. The trio’s aim is to reveal the subtle character of a given place, extract its logic and/or its contradictions so that the new building may affirm its presence and sense of purpose. LOCALARCHITECTURE a été fondé à Lausanne en 2002 par les associés Manuel Bieler, Antoine Robert-Grandpierre et Laurent Saurer. Le studio offre une architecture forte et réactive, encourageant de nouveaux récits et scénarios de vie. La volonté du trio est de révéler le caractère subtil d'un lieu donné, en extraire la logique et/ou les contradictions afin que le nouveau bâtiment puisse affirmer sa présence et sa finalité.
