How LoadGo Works 1. Quick Onboarding You send us your MC number and basic truck details: -trailer type (Dry Van, Reefer, Step Deck, etc.) -current truck location -preferred lanes -driver schedule. Once the agreement is signed, your dispatcher is assigned. 2. Market Analysis Our dispatch team analyzes the current freight market based on: -your truck location -high-demand lanes -broker network -rate per mile trends. This allows us to target the most profitable loads available. 3. Load Search & Negotiation We search for loads through: -DAT one Load Board / Truckstop -Amazon Relay -broker direct freight. Our dispatchers negotiate the best possible rate per mile and secure the load. 4. Load Booking & Driver Support Once the driver approves the load: -we book the load with the broker -send rate confirmation -provide pickup and delivery details -coordinate appointments. Your dispatcher stays in contact with the driver during the trip. 5. Paperwork & Payment Support After delivery we handle: -rate confirmation review -load documentation -invoicing -communication with brokers or factoring companies. This ensures faster and smoother payments.
