We are available to assist you with your deposition needs via remote ZOOM video conferencing. Ms. Kia has acquired the Electronic Notary Public designation by the Commonwealth of Virginia which is required to administer the oath to a deponent via video conference. We have telephonically communicated with the Notary Public office and as of 1:00 p.m. on March 23, 2020, the Secretary of the Commonwealth HAS NOT WAIVED the requirement that any oaths administered via video conference MUST BE CONDUCTED BY AN ELECTRONIC NOTARY PUBLIC. In-person court reporting services are still available at this time provided all parties comply with appropriate CDC guidelines.
