Leadership and Management Development Center, was established in 1989 with aim of supporting and building the capacities of the government industrial sectors. Based on the development of the needs of the public business sector, LMDC led the market in providing knowledge transfer, education, and training solutions to the Egyptian market. LMDC extended its services globally, to Sudan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and further to some African countries. The core services of the institute are: 1. Assessment 2. Training Solutions 3. Recruitment LMDC is the representative office of Hamburg School of Business Administration in Egypt, and provides professional certificates, diplomas, and MBA degrees in Egypt, in addition to some programs in Germany.
