LMC-Plasticsource is the trusted leader in precision CNC machining of composite thermosets. We are IS0-9001-2015 Certified and ITAR Registered. LMC is located in a 55,000 square foot facility in Bensalem, PA (a Philadelphia suburb) perfectly suited to machining composite materials including a rigorous vacuum system designed to eliminate dust and contamination. The NEMA and Mil-Spec composite materials that we work with include G-10, G-11, FR4, G-3, G-5, G-7, G-9 and canvas, linen and paper phenolic. We also can supply parts manufactured out of advanced engineering plastics such as PEEK, Vespel, PPS, Ultem, carbon fiber and vulcanized fibre as well as supplying stock shapes of the latter. LMC also has a 200-ton press to manufacture composites internally for quick turns and unique materials specified by our customers.
