The firm was founded in 2005 by partners from highly regarded large law firms in Paris, desiring to maintain their standards of quality whilst having the necessary flexibility to support their clients with their development projects. Today, with around 34 lawyers, including 17 partners, involved in all the strategic areas of business law, the expertise of LMBE is centered on advice to businesses, litigation, arbitration and mediation, promoting an approach that combines innovation and reactivity. Before joining LMBE, several of its partners practised within legal departments of large French and international groups. The firm is therefore fully aware of the problems that company lawyers are faced with daily. LMBE is strongly focused on international matters. In addition to assisting Anglo-Saxon groups with the development of their activities in France, the firm regularly assists Danish, German and Italian companies thanks to its dedicated teams made up of bilingual lawyers with a dual nationality or culture. LMBE is represented in many legal practitioner associations, in particular in Competition Law (AFEC), Intellectual Property Law (APRAM, INTA), New Technologies (ITECHLAW) and Labour Law (AVOSIAL).
