LL-C (Certification) Group Information

LL-C Group is a global Certification Body for Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services. Its comprises several sister and partner companies. The management system of LL-C (Certification) has been designed and implemented to conform to processes employed also by the others group-members companies and to inspire trust in the certification body on the part of clients, government authorities, non-governmental organizations, consumers, and other representatives of the public. It embodies and conforms to all requirements of the ISO/IEC 17021:2015 standard (regarding management system certification) and is compliant with in-force accreditations bodies procedures. It guarantees the fulfillment of the service quality policy pursued by the Company's management. All members of the management and all employees of LL-C (Certification) group-member companies must fulfill their tasks and obligations in accordance with the principles and procedures described in LL-C (Certification) managing documents, and bear full responsibility for their application, thereby allowing clients and stakeholders to benefit from the high quality of services provided by the Company. Description LL-C headquarters are located in Prague and it has 7 offices in Slovakia, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Hong-Kong, Italy, Chile and Mexico. The management of the LL-C (Certification) Group applies impartiality, professional competences, responsibility, openness, confidentiality, and responsiveness to complaints providing certification services, in all companies in an equal manner. We are a certification body (present in more than 50 countries in both EU and Latin America with the CIA, accreditation IAF) for ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, ISO 3834 certification in the field of 95 % of activities (including services, health and social care, the implementation of ICT in business, transportation, construction, etc.). In addition to ISO 27001 (ISMS), we are providing ISO 20000 (ITSM).
