LKV Centar is a specialized company for the design, production, and assembly of wood constructions. The wood design system is based on Light Roof Trusses (LKV), an industrialized system for prefabricated wooden roof structures using controlled and protected technology. This system uses a special connecting means - the metal LKV-C connector. It is applied in the construction of new building roofs, upgrading buildings with worn-out roofs, converting flat roofs to sloped roofs, and in various public, residential, industrial, commercial, and sports facilities. Numerous structures built using this system demonstrate that LKV Centar possesses top-notch technology and skilled design staff capable of tackling complex wooden construction challenges. LKV Centar has transferred its technology to several neighboring countries and to Russia, where wood as a building material is highly valued. The company provides professional assistance for defining production conditions and training personnel in LKV technology, as well as preparing LKV structures using the LKV software package for static analysis and technical documentation. In addition to Light Roof Trusses, we design and construct buildings using Glued Laminated Timber (GLT) in Serbia, the former Yugoslav territories, Eastern Europe, Russia, Mongolia, and beyond. The accompanying program includes a developed system of PREFABRICATED HOUSES, especially multi-story ones. LKV Centar offers the design of new buildings per investor wishes, standardized buildings, on-site instruction, and construction execution. Projects have been completed in Serbia, Eastern Europe, Greece, France, Sweden, Norway, and more.
