We help leaders discover and explore blind spots in order to create bigger commercial and human success. At Living Leadership we believe that managerial and human growth is fundamental for commercial and organizational expansion. All we do is therefore centred around this vision. Through coaching-based development of leaders and teams we challenge existing praxis and intentions. A clear connection between development and business goals is one of our basic thoughts. With our special approach we inspire both personally and professionally. Our focus is on discovering “hidden treasures”. We provoke, shake entrenched habits, and create a setting for an innovative process. The purpose is to discover untapped potential in the company as well as in individuals. Whether focus is on individual or on mutual well-being and performance, our approach is strength-based. We use the strengths as a launch pad for individuals and teams so they can use their potential to the full and succeed. We transform their mindset and behaviour. Development demands courage and courage demands confidence. Together we create the confidence and courage it takes. On a team level it can be in relation to new establishment, organisational change, paradigm shift, and conflict. On a personal level it can be in connection with promotion, a new job, or generational change. At Living Leadership we offer coaching-based leadership and team development as well as courses for leaders and company owners who are faced with changes. Leadership development can consist in individual coaching, coaching in groups, and training in coaching dialogue. Team development can consist in team coaching, process facilitation, and mediation. In addition we form a strategic partnership with the architectural firm SpacePro in order to help companies to create living and dynamic settings around people and business. We call it Living Space.
