The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. With approximately 140,000 members affiliated through over 600 state and local chapters across the nation, we are on the front lines to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families have the support and services they need to be fully engaged in their communities.
The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with I/DD and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.

Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider in Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual or developmental disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.
Currently, Hope is the only agency to provide services statewide through regional offices that are located in Anchorage, Mat-Su, Kodiak, Kenai, Seward, and Utqiaġvik.
