Our Mission is to provide high quality preventative healthcare, that's accessible for all. Live ProACTIVE offers a range of online health, fitness, and physio services, as well as in person manual physiotherapy at our Monument, London clinic. Via our ELITE membership, we're providing what we believe to be the future of healthcare: LivePro, an integrated health and wellbeing program for all your current and future needs. As an ELITE member you'll benefit from our 1:1 coaching and continual assessment. All Live ProACTIVE products and services include four key elements: ASSESS - WE MAKE CONTINUAL ASSESSMENTS TO OPTIMISE YOUR JOURNEY EDUCATE - WE EMPOWER YOU TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS EXERCISE - WE BUILD STRENGTH & RESILIENCE RECOVER - WE PROVIDE SUSTAINABLE COURSES OF PHYSIO We provide a number of FREE services to lower to entry to private healthcare, including: ProACTIVE Physio Discovery Visits - video consultations to discuss an injury concern. ProACTIVE Health Clinic - weekly clinic where you can discuss a health concern/question. ProACTIVE FIT classes - live online classes every Wednesday and Saturday.
