Live Path was founded in May, 2005 by Leigh Durst. Leigh is an independent consultant, writer, speaker and teacher with a 19 year background in digital media, usability, design, branding, marketing, CRM, CEM, operations and business strategy. Her career has been dedicated to creating remarkable customer experiences in both traditional and "tradigital" channels. Live Path helps companies develop highly customer centric, integrated and effective digital media experiences. We also empower people with learning, best practices, governance frameworks, processes, strategic and tactical recommendations that support growth, and the effective management of new technologies and tools.
