Live Differently Information

Live differently is a private coaching practice focusing on improving mental health at the workplace in order to prevent burnout and reduce work-related anxiety, stress, depression, lack of motivation, procrastination and self-doubt. Combining psychological theories, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness practices and transformational coaching we explore our client's inner-self focusing on thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals. In a non-judgmental, open, collaborative and confidential space between the client and the coach, it is possible to define what is necessary to reach goals as well as learning the tools and skills necessary to keep them motivated and on track on the long run.
