Greenwave is a leading Norwegian provider of web-based software for the logistics industry. Our typical customers are container/goods terminals, shipping lines, freight forwarders, exporters, importers, transport companies, container rental companies and port authorities. In short, our playground is the container and goods handling industry. We have been in this business for 20 years and believe we understand the challenges and needs of our many loyal and new customers. Right since web browser technology became popular to the general public, we offered products “in the cloud”, two decades before this expression even was invented. Despite the many skeptical voices about security risks, our products became quickly popular. Now we are the preferred TOS supplier in Norway with a still growing customer base of Scandinavian and international companies. Our systems support the value chain between the various players end to end. Our applications are based on Microsoft technology and integrate with software systems of various international container lines and other important players within the shipping industry.

Green Horizon is a Norwegian developer, owner and operator of energy-efficient, carrier-neutral data centers in Southwest Norway. The Company is developing a highly energy-efficient, carrier and cloud neutral data center platform, offering scalable colocation and build-to-suit solutions designed for ultra-low-carbon compute and heat reuse. Norway 1 will be the Company’s inaugural 36MW development and is being designed for high-density AI/GPU/HPC deployments. It is currently going through final detailed design, with construction expected to commence later in 2026 and capacity coming on line in 2027. Green Horizon’s wider Stavanger platform is structured for phased growth, with approximately 100MW of power secured for three developments.
