Lit’chee was a technology-driven platform I founded in Austin, Texas, designed to simplify how events are created, managed, and discovered. Inspired by Austin’s dynamic festival and creative culture, the company focused on providing digital tools that helped organizers, venues, and creators streamline their event workflows—from planning and ticketing to promotion and attendee engagement. The platform aimed to centralize the event ecosystem by offering intuitive management features, personalized discovery for attendees, and data-driven insights for creators. Although the startup is now closed, Lit’chee represented a full end‑to‑end entrepreneurial experience: ideation, branding, product vision, operational structuring, and early‑stage development.
