Lisa Lear has extensive experience as an appellate specialist, having handled more than 200 appeals in the Oregon appellate courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and occasionally the Supreme Court of the United States. Lisa also has handled some appeals in the other state and federal appellate courts. Lisa Lear also has assisted trial attorneys in preparing trial court motions and other matters in cases likely to be appealed.
