Liquid Light Information

We develop and manufacture sunlight-readable full-color full-speed displays (video-paper) based on the new electrofluidic mechanism. The technology is developed to be used in always-on displays of energy-efficient gadgets, like smartwatches, navigators, e-book readers, notebooks, military devices, and even large billboards, providing a long daytime operation under the bright sun. The main features are: •The reflectance - of color panel ~40% (the best RGB LCDs - ~10%), - of greyscale panel ~70% (like just a paper) and we are working on further improvement. •reaction time <10 ms (allowing more than 100 fps) •viewing angle ~150° •CMY color generation and hence -"flat" square pixels - no triads of RGB groups, and hence - better visual perception. •Full-color of greyscale palette •Minimum power consumption (like any LCD matrix without backlight) We are open to collaboration with manufacturers of all types of gadgets.
