Liquid Design & Architecture is a Charlotte, NC-based architecture and planning studio shaping mixed-use developments, active lifestyle destinations, hospitality environments, workplaces, and civic spaces across the Southeast. We think beyond the building. We are in the business of asset creation for our clients. Every project starts with the same 3-part question: what value does this create for the people who use it, the community around it, and the long-term vision of our client who own it? That question shapes how we approach masterplanning, concept design, development of the design, use of materials through detailing, and the execution of the construction process. Our work spans design, planning, interiors, and project delivery; but our role on a project is closer to strategic partner than service provider. We help owners, developers, municipalities, and consultants turn ambitious ideas into places people actually want to gather in, work in, entertain in and live in.
