Linux Computer Systems, systems are designed to operate in a clean, well-ventilated, indoor environment. Operation or storage in other environments will void this warranty. Lightning, power surges, exposure to liquids, misuse, abuse, or physical damage from, but not limited to, mishandling or dropping the machine will void the warranty. The software included with Linux Computer Systems systems is free software. There is no warranty, either expressed or implied, for the software. Linux Computer Systems is not responsible, under any event or circumstances, for damages caused by use or misuse of the computer or software. In no case will Linux Computer Systems be responsible for any damages greater than the amount paid for the computer. Special items requested by the customer, that are not normally sold by Linux Computer Systems, may be covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. Linux Computer Systems may request that components be returned directly to the manufacturer for servicing.
