Linn Engineers provides a variety of civil engineering services and regulatory consulting services. We offer Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Services in Southeastern Ohio including, but not limited to: grading plans, storm sewer and storm water controls, sanitary sewers, lift stations and force mains, roadways and pavements, public road permits, waters of the U.S. delineations, regulatory permitting through the Corps of Engineers and EPA, surface and underground permitting and consulting for coal and industrial minerals, and storm water pollution prevention plans (SW3P).
