Linked Workforce LLC is a nationally certified MBE though National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and was created to address the evolving workforce, necessitating a humanistic approach to teams, while matching business priorities with the proper labor alignment. The approach has historically been the same across most professional services organizations. Win work, hire the team. However, to maximize employee experience and revenue, this is a much more complex match making process. This is where Linked Workforce has thrived! We were formed to be nimble enough to solve unique problems, yet scalable enough to apply decades of our knowledge in the Resource Management and Workforce Planning space. The talent marketplace is no longer solely full time and part time equivalent employee's - there should usually be a healthy mix of the labor pool to achieve optimal business results.
