Linie Design is a Danish design house with traditions in Scandinavian design and superior craftsmanship of handmade rugs. Founded in 1980 and is today positioned as the largest developer of handmade rugs in Northern Europe. The collections are designed by in house designers, Urd Moll Gundermann and Hanne Kortegaard, as well as acknowledged designers, whom contribute to create a modern Nordic feel to Linie Designs brand. The aim is to constantly reshape, redefine, reinvent and recombine the design, expressions and surfaces of the handcrafted rugs. The result is timeless yet contemporary Nordic design that fits into any domestic setting.
