LineGuard is satellite vegetation risk screening for electric utilities too small for the enterprise vendors to quote. WHAT WE DO Upload your line network. LineGuard measures vegetation density along each segment using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery, ranks segments relative to your own network, and groups the highest-risk ones into work zones a crew can route to — with coordinates and corridor span. WHO WE SERVE Electric cooperatives, municipal utilities and small IOUs managing up to 500 miles of line. The utilities that get quoted out of the market by per-mile enterprise pricing, or ignored entirely. THE PROBLEM The constraint isn't finding vegetation risk — it's crew capacity. Most utilities already have more identified work than they can execute. Manual patrol runs $500–$1,500 per mile and LiDAR $2,000–$5,000 per mile, which is too expensive to run often enough to stay current. So crews trim on a fixed cycle rather than where the risk actually is.
