Lindgren Pottery Information

I first made pots in the old farmhouse on Lindgren Road in 1975 (44 years ago), and later my wife Cathy and I established Lindgren Pottery in a new workshop and showroom next to our farmhouse in 1981. We used to sell to shops and galleries as well as exhibit at craft shows, but since 1990, our work has only been available at our showroom here in the woods on the south side of Huntsville. Please feel welcome to drop by and see what we have made. We make stoneware pottery: special individual pieces as well as a line of functional pots, including square dinnerware; pots for the kitchen, table, and garden. Many sizes and types of vases and planters are always in stock. There are 4 of us involved in making the pots - Cathy who helps with the kiln, and myself, our assistant Edith, and Kyle who helps with some of the production. I design and oversee all the pots, but cannot make enough of them, so that's why we have helpers, and why we don't supply other outlets.
