There is a “think tank” approach with a key focus on mentoring the CEO to deliver better outcomes for all stakeholders. Led by John Scutt, our experienced partners including Brendan Barrow and Paul Byers, are a dedicated and passionate team of former CEOs that form the nucleus of Lindfield Partners. John founded Lindfield Partners in 2006 and working with the partners has developed a proven range of business services that are offered as part of the engagement with the business owner. Our range of business services includes: • Business Succession Plans, • Strategic Business Plans, • Company Valuations, • Mergers & Acquisitions, • Debt and Equity Raising, • Sales & Marketing Plans, • New product and services launches, • Commercialisation of Intellectual Property, • Government Tenders, and • Executive Search for managers or Board members. Typically, SME businesses are owned and operated by family CEOs and it can be a lonely experience making critical decisions about the key steps required for the next growth stage or alternatively to maximise the valuation of the business if it is time to sell. Our mentoring and consulting services can be offered directly to the CEO or through a non-executive Board. We will add value and assist by taking substantial business risk out of the decision making process. Our expertise replaces the need for internal resources and management skills that are hard to recruit and prohibitively expensive for most SME business owners.
