Most corporate innovation teams produce recommendations. We produce businesses. Too much innovation budget funds activity rather than answers: pilots with no kill date, partnerships without conviction, roadmaps built on untested assumptions. Limineer exists to change that. Since 2024, we’ve run the Liminal Process Model - our own method for finding and building New Business Opportunities inside large organisations. We uncover contrarian beliefs, test them quickly against market reality, and only build what survives. Then we stay to operate it. Today: 12 ventures in active build across energy, industrials and the public sector. Our approach combines proprietary software, a scientific method informed by in-house PhD research, and a collective of builders, operators and ex-founders. We embed operators, not advisors.
