Limetree Bay Terminals, LLC (“Limetree”) owns and operates a terminal storage and marine facility in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, that consists of 32 million barrels of crude oil and petroleum product storage capacity, a deep-water port with ten ship docks and six dedicated tug boats, truck rack, and idled refinery units with total peak processing capacity of 650 thousand barrels per day. It is located on approximately 1,500 acres situated along the south shore of St. Croix. Limetree is executing a successful and safe revitalization of the St. Croix facility into a world-class marine storage terminal with 32 million barrels of storage capacity. Limetree purchased the facility from HOVENSA in 2016 and has made significant improvements to the terminal storage infrastructure, with the first customer shipments received in March 2016. Our terminal services provide flexibility to meet our customer's logistical needs to move and store their products. We can store and blend crude as well as gasoline, diesel, propane, jet fuel, fuel oil and bunkers. Other services provided include marine bunkering and the truck rack that serves the local market with both refined products and propane. Limetree is a choice terminal in the Caribbean for refined products due to its close proximity to South America and West African markets and for exports from the U.S. Gulf Coast and Europe into the Caribbean markets. Limetree is strategically positioned to build-bulk crude oil for shipments to the Far East and Europe, and break-bulk finished products from the East and Europe for further blending and distribution within the Caribbean Basin Markets. Our deep-water port is capable of accepting vessels with a draft of up to 55 feet. We provide marine bunkering services. Our marine terminal is a United States Coast Guard approved facility. Shipping to and from the facility is exempt from the Jones Act, permitting the calling of both foreign flag and U.S. flagged vessels. Another key feature of our terminal is our ship berths that are protected from weather with little to no delays.
