A ham radio club in the New York Long Island (NYC/LI NLI) area dedicated to the amateur radio operator in Nassau County and surrounding counties. General Meetings are at Levittown Hall. LIMARC has five repeaters; 146.850, 147.375, 224.820, 449.125 and 1288.000. MHz, W2VL 146.850 two meter repeater, and 449.125 an active 440 UHF repeater. The club shares its hobby and emergency communications, it has many ham radio activities such as Field Day, bike picnic, camping trips, holiday party, special ham radio exam classes, VE sessions and many more amateur radio related events.
