Established in 2010, Lim Design Studio, Inc is a residential and retail architecture firm led by Diane Lim. Diane received her Bachelors of Architecture and Masters of Urban Design from Cornell University. She is a member of the BSA and AIA. Her experience was gained over twenty years working for various Boston architecture firms. Lim Design Studio, Inc aims to create unique and balanced designs, showing respect to urban and residential context, while accommodating the needs of the modern lifestyle. Our design approach begins with an intimate understanding of the client's needs, values and expectations of the project. Communication, concept iteration and trust enable us to find a clear vision for the client's pragmatic solution and aesthetic taste. Our body of work is varied in style: traditional, contemporary, transitional or modern and ranges in scales of project sizes and complexities.
