Créée en 1990, filiale du groupe Fnac Darty depuis 2019, Nature & Découvertes démontre qu’il est possible de faire du commerce dans le respect de l’humain et de la nature. Son concept unique invite à se reconnecter à la nature et à cultiver ce lien à travers ses univers de produits - voyage, art de vivre, bien-être au naturel, sciences, jeux et jouets, saveurs…-, ses ateliers en magasin et ses sorties nature. En 2023, l’entreprise compte 113 magasins situés en France et à l’étranger - Suisse, Belgique, Luxembourg, Espagne et Portugal. Créée en 1994, sa Fondation œuvre pour la biodiversité et l’éducation à la nature. 3079 projets de préservation et de sensibilisation ont ainsi vu le jour depuis 29 ans. La Fondation est financée par 10% des bénéfices nets de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'1 euro lors de chaque adhésion client au Club Nature & Découvertes. Depuis 2015, Nature & Découvertes est certifiée @bcorp, une certification internationale exigeante et une ligne directrice qui permet à l’entreprise de faire les choix justes en matière d’impact environnemental et social. 79% de nos 1100 collaborateurs sont en CDI. Nous visons également une rémunération juste (primes et 13è mois pour toutes et tous). Nous avons choisi de privilégier la formation (6% % de la masse salariale y est investie), la reconnaissance des compétences et la progression dans l’entreprise pour que chacun puisse s’y épanouir.
