Meals from Lilian's Table are more than just a meal, they represent how I live life. My love for cooking started at a young age. The enjoyment that comes from cooking for others and gathering around the table inspires me. Food has to look beautiful, taste good and be healthy. When eating becomes a good balance of flavor, portion and use of good ingredients, a lifestyle of heathy eating healthy is the result. Growing up in Spain exposed me to the Mediterranean way of eating and cooking with ingredients that are common not only in Spain, but also in Greece, Italy and the Middle East. I quickly realized that my choice of ingredients and strong passion for entertaining was at a center of my everyday life. Lilian’s Table is a new concept in the prepared meal delivery space - fresh, delicious and healthy are the key differentiators. I love the food I eat and want to share it with the world, one customer at a time.
